Dusk Lantern
Master Dusk Lantern is a Ru scholar (Confucian) who has been teaching the Dao for five years. He is the author of a series of philosophical and fictional works in the process of publication.
Purpose
Rekindled Radiance is a Confucian Academy devoted toward cultivating sincere students into becoming virtuous persons with deep wisdom.
Intellectual Lineage
The words of Confucius, Mencius, Xunzi, form the basis of teaching at Rekindled Radiance. Special recognition is bestowed upon Socrates and Plato in providing insights regarding the foundations of the modern world.
Sensing their approach, a bird arose and soared, circling several times before alighting upon a branch. The Master said, “This pheasant upon the mountain bridge – how timely it is! How timely it is!” Zilu clasped his hands and saluted the bird, and it cried out three times before flying away.
